Existential Sentences with 有

Location + 有 + Noun

To express that something exists at a certain place, Chinese places the location word first, followed by the verb 有 (to have / there is), and then the noun.

前面有一個房子。There is a house up ahead.

房子上面有愛麗絲的手。On top of the house are Alice's hands.

Expressing 'too' with 太...了

太 + Adjective + 了

This structure is used to express that something is excessive, translating to 'too [adjective]' in English. The particle 了 at the end is required to complete the pattern.
